Ms. Meyer is an accomplished management professional, with a reputation for providing exceptional support and leadership, for both customers and peers. Extensive experience in various financial servicing areas, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. Additional strengths include problem resolution, assessing customer needs, written and verbal communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking. A conscientious, motivated, outgoing self-starter, who is passionate about exceeding the expectations of her customer and bringing value and growth to the organization. Ms. Meyer has a wide range of skills, including project management, procedure development, decision making, quality assessment and data analysis.

Before joining Living Wealth Advisors, Ms. Meyer worked with the Living Benefits Financial Group, LLC for eight years in a variety of capacities. Ms. Meyer was the Servicing Manager for six years and was responsible for supervising servicing associates, managing the service of insurance portfolios for multiple clients. Previously Ms. Meyer had served as the Senior Service Case Manager.

Ms. Meyer worked with Prudential Insurance Company for twenty years prior to joining Living Benefits Financial Group, LLC. While with Prudential Insurance Company, Ms. Meyer served as a New Business Case Manager, a Team Lead – Remittance Phone Unit, a Technical Advisor, a Client Service Representative, and a Special Remittance Customer Service Representative. During her service at Prudential, Ms. Meyer dealt with all aspects of the life insurance business and life insurance product types, including applications for insurance, reviewing medical records, deciding approvals and rejections of policy applications, issuing new policies, addressing issues relating to premium payments and disbursement, and reinstating or changing policies.

Ms. Meyer has received an Associate of Arts Degree with a major in business and a minor in accounting from North Hennepin Community College. Ms. Meyer has also received substantial anti-fraud training and levels 1, 2 and 3 training from the Life Office Management Association.
